TSF Failures from 1915
The Excel spreadsheet below focus on tailings dam-only failures, but does include significant tailings, waste rock, heap leach pad, and tailings pipeline failures. CSP2 encourages the use of this data by researchers and other users to improve the safety of mine waste disposal.
